“Me too”: our CEOs are working engineers
Both co-CEOs come from engineering. When there's a client project, the CEOs join it as developers too.
Sweet deal: flexible hours and 4 p.m. Fridays
Start and finish times are flexible, and on Fridays we leave at 4 p.m.
No overtime culture
We avoid crunch mode. If you insist on staying late anyway, we will at least try to talk you out of it.
Flat communication
We care more about sound reasoning than tradition or formality. We use job titles, but communication stays flat.
